Family Friendly Events & Things To Do Around Boca Raton This Fall

Although the summer season is officially over, the constant flow of snowbirds migrating back to South Florida for the cold season makes fall one of the more livelier times of the year in Boca Raton and the surrounding Palm Beach County area. So whether you live here all year long or will soon be coming back for winter, here's a quick look at what's going on all throughout the community this autumn season... 

Boca Pumpkin Patch Festival- October 6-7

Mizner Park Amphitheater

The first full weekend of October ushers in the Boca Pumpkin Patch Festival. Held both Saturday and Sunday, the weekend offers up carnival rides, a maze, a pumpkin-themed food court, and of course the opportunity to choose your own pumpkin! Tickets are available, with pumpkins provided for an additional fee.

Shriek Week- October 19-20, 25-27

Sugar Sand Park

The month also brings back Shriek Week, held on select nights at Sugar Sand Park. The family-friendly Halloween event includes a haunted house, food, games and more.

Boca Raton Light the Night- Nov 10

Mizner Park Amphitheater

Finally, there’s the upcoming Light the Night on November 10. The evening is a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, with a kid’s zone, food trucks and a two-mile long, family-friendly walk.
